Teamflect's "Summarize Feedback with AI" feature is a new addition that enables managers and admins to summarize lengthy feedback texts quickly. This feature saves a considerable amount of time and enables managers to take action faster using AI. In this article, we will show you how to use this feature in two different scenarios.
How to Summarize Feedback Received by an Employee
The first scenario is when an employee receives feedback from coworkers, managers, or supervisors, and the manager or admin does not have enough time to read through every piece of feedback received. Here is how to use the feature:
Step 1
Go to your homepage and click on the "My People" section. Then select the individual whose feedback you want to summarize and click on their name.
Step 2
Scroll down to the Feedback section, where you will see a "Summarize with AI" button.
Step 3
Click the "Summarize with AI" button and adjust the settings, including the date range and feedback received. You can exclude some of the feedback received. After adjusting the preferences, click "Summarize" to view the summarized feedback.
Note: You can always go back and adjust the settings to ensure that everything's in the right place.
How to Summarize Feedback You Received
The second scenario is when you receive feedback from your colleagues, managers, or direct reports and want to summarize the feedback quickly. Here is how to use the feature:
Go to your Teamflect app and open the Feedback module. Under the "Received" tab, you will see all the feedback given to you.
Click on the "Summarize with AI" button and adjust the settings, including the date range and feedback received.
Click "Summarize" to view the summarized feedback.
Note: You can always go back and adjust the settings to ensure that everything's in the right place.
