You can easily delete the recognitions you've given on Teamflect. This helps maintain clarity and ensure your recognition feed reflects only accurate, meaningful feedback.
Step 1: Open the Recognitions Module
In the Teamflect app, go to the “Recognitions” module.
Step 2: Select the “Given” Tab
Click the “Given” tab to view all recognitions you’ve personally sent.
Step 3: Delete the Recognition
Find the recognition you'd like to remove. Click the ''ellipsis (three dots)'' and confirm to delete the recognition.
Important Notes
✅ You can only delete recognitions you have given.
❌ Recognitions from others cannot be deleted. The ellipsis won’t appear in such cases.
🔕 Deleting a recognition does not send a notification to the recipient or anyone else.
