You can easily locate and manage existing question sets for reviews within Teamflect. This guide shows where question sets are stored, how to search and filter them by name or category, and how to preview the questions they contain.
Youโll also learn how to identify which sets are currently in use and best practices for selecting the right set for your review cycle. With these steps, finding the right question set becomes fast and intuitive, helping you streamline your review setup.
Step 1
Head over to your Teamflect Admin Center: https://admin.teamflect.com/
Step 2
Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Reviews" tab.
Step 3
Click "Review question sets".
Step 4
When the page opens, you will see the existing question sets. If you want to edit one of the existing sets, you can click the "Edit" icon to edit a question set and you can click the "Bin" icon to delete the existing question set, or you can duplicate the existing question set by clicking on the "copy" icon.
If you want to add a new question set, you can add it by clicking the "Add new question set" button at the top left.
Important Note:
๐ When updating a question set, please be aware that any modifications will automatically apply to all review templates that utilize this set. Ensure that changes are carefully reviewed to maintain consistency and accuracy across all associated templates.
