When you create a review cycle in Teamflect, you can add or update the list of participants (reviewees) at any time. This article explains how to view which employees are included in a review cycle, make updates to the group, and adjust assignments as needed before or during the review process.

You’ll learn how to quickly find reviewees, add or remove individuals, and ensure the right participants are included so your review cycle runs smoothly and reflects current needs.

To see the reviewees that are added to a review cycle you should first locate the review that you created. Please go to Teamflect Admin Center https://admin.teamflect.com.

Step 1

In your Admin Center, click on your Reviews Module:

Step 2

Click "Review cycles".

Step 3

When the page opens, you will see existing review cycles that have been created by you or by other Teamflect administrators.

Find the review cycle that you are interested in and click the "See/update reviews" button.

Step 4

You will see all the reviewees that are included in this review along with the reviewer, status and finalized at data. If you want to add a new reviewee to this review, click the "+ Add reviewee" button located at the top left.

Step 5

Type the name of the reviewee and click add.

If you wish to remove a user from a review, click the "Delete" icon and click "Delete" again in the confirmation dialog window.

Best Practices for Managing Reviewees in a Cycle

  • Regularly Audit Reviewee Rosters - Use the "See/Update Reviewees" feature within the Admin Center's Reviews module to review all included participants, ensuring no one is inadvertently omitted or incorrectly added.

  • Add or Remove Reviewees Mid-Cycle with Precision - Teams evolve, add new contributors or correct oversights using the “+ Add Reviewee” button, or remove someone if they're no longer applicable. The confirmation dialog helps prevent accidental deletions.

  • Maintain Review Integrity with Up-to-Date Oversight - By monitoring who’s in each cycle and making timely updates, you ensure each review is contextually relevant, inclusive, and fair, creating a more accurate and equitable process.
