Allow employees to add GIFs to comments on posted recognitions to make recognition conversations more engaging and expressive.
With this setting enabled, users can browse and search the Klipy GIF library and add a GIF to their comments on recognitions. Users can also include text alongside a GIF when leaving a comment.
How to Enable GIFs in Recognition Comments
Step 1: Go to the Admin Center
Visit admin.teamflect.com and open the Admin Center.
Step 2: Navigate to the Recognitions Module
From the left-hand menu, go to Modules > Recognitions.
Step 3: Enable GIF Comments
Find the setting labeled Allow sending GIFs in comments and toggle it ON.
Once enabled, users will be able to add GIFs when commenting on posted recognitions.
How Can End-Users Add a GIF to a Recognition Comment?
After the setting is enabled:
Open the Recognitions module.
Find the recognition you want to comment on.
Open the comment field.
Click the GIF option to open the GIF picker.
Search for a GIF using a keyword or browse the available categories.
Select a GIF to add it to your comment.
Optionally, add text alongside the GIF.
Send the comment.
đ GIFs available through the picker are provided through Klipy, a third-party GIF provider.
â GIF Comment Options Users can search or browse the Klipy library, add one GIF to a recognition comment, and optionally include text.
â Limitations: Custom GIF uploads, multiple GIFs per comment, and GIFs in other modules such as Feedback or Onboarding are not supported through this setting.
