Teamflect’s Rewards feature allows employees to turn the recognition points they earn into meaningful rewards. Whether it's a gift card, a company perk, or a custom-defined benefit, redeeming rewards is designed to be simple and transparent.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to access available rewards, request them using your earned points, and make the most out of the recognition you receive.
How to Redeem Rewards in Teamflect
Follow these steps to browse and request rewards:
Step 1: Navigate to the Recognitions Module
From the main Teamflect dashboard, click on the Recognitions module.
Step 2: Go to the Rewards Tab
Inside the Recognitions module, navigate to the Rewards tab to view all available rewards.
Step 3: Choose a Reward
Browse through the list of rewards and click on the reward you would like to redeem.
Step 4: Request the Reward
In the pop-up window that opens, click on the Request Reward button.
Step 5: Confirm Your Request
After clicking Request Reward, a confirmation window will appear displaying the reward details, required points, and available options.
Depending on the reward, you may see slightly different fields in this window. In some cases, you will be asked to provide your country information to ensure the reward is issued correctly.
Once you have reviewed the information (and provided any required details), click Send request to complete your request.
Step 6: Receive and Redeem Your Reward
Once your request is approved, you will be notified via email.
To access your reward, you can:
Check the details and instructions shared in the email notification, or
Navigate to the Rewards tab in Teamflect to view your reward.
Step 7: Complete the Redemption Process
Based on your reward, you may experience one of the following:
7.1 Redeeming via Link, Code, or Instructions
You may receive a redemption link, code, or instructions on how and where to use or collect your reward. Simply follow the provided details to complete the process.
7.2 Redeeming via Reward Provider Page
Alternatively, you may receive a link that opens a new browser page.
On this page, the rewards catalog will be displayed with:
Your country automatically selected
Available rewards for your region and their balance
Your current reward balance
7.2.1 Selecting a Reward
Browse the available reward options (such as gift cards or retailers) and select based on your balance.
You can either:
Check out immediately with a single reward, or
Add multiple rewards to your cart and split your balance across different options
7.2.2 Checkout Process
During checkout, you will:
See the exchange rate
Enter the required details:
First Name
Last Name (optional)
Email (pre-filled)
Then click Place Order to proceed.
7.2.3 Final Reward Delivery
Once your order is completed, you will receive your reward via email from: [email protected]
