How Teamflect helps: You can access your assigned review through the web app, complete your self-review, answer the review questions, and submit your responses. Depending on your role, you may also be asked to evaluate a colleague or direct report as part of the review cycle.

How non-Microsoft users can participate: You can complete the review activities assigned to you through the Teamflect web app without needing to access Teamflect through Microsoft Teams.

2. Requesting and Providing Employee Feedback

Scenario: You want to gather input from colleagues about your recent project, or your manager asks you to provide feedback to support a teammate's professional development.

How Teamflect helps: You can use the Feedback module to request feedback from colleagues, provide feedback to others, and review feedback shared with you. This helps employees and managers exchange constructive input and identify opportunities for improvement.

How non-Microsoft users can participate: You can request, give, and receive feedback through the web app, subject to your organization's feedback settings and permissions.

3. Recognizing Employee Contributions

Scenario: A colleague has gone above and beyond to help complete a project, support a teammate, or demonstrate one of your organization's core values. You want to acknowledge their contribution.

How Teamflect helps: You can use the Recognitions module to send recognition to colleagues and celebrate their achievements. You can also receive recognition from other team members, helping encourage appreciation and reinforce positive workplace behaviors.

How non-Microsoft users can participate: You can send and receive recognitions through the web app without using Microsoft Teams.

4. Setting Goals and Tracking Professional Development

Scenario: At the beginning of a new quarter, you and your manager agree on objectives to improve your performance, develop new skills, or contribute to a department initiative. You need a way to track your progress throughout the quarter.

How Teamflect helps: You can use the Goals module to create and update goals, monitor progress, and add comments as you work toward your objectives. You can also use your goals to keep track of professional development priorities and discuss progress with your manager.
