Frequently Asked Questions about Reviews Reports:

Q: Do both parties need to sign for the โ€œsignedโ€ status to appear?

A: Yes, if your review template is set to Reviewee & Reviewer (default), the review will show as โ€œSignedโ€ only after both parties complete their e-signatures. If the review template has been has configured as Reviewer Only or Reviewee Only, then the status will become โ€œSignedโ€ as soon as the required signer signs.

Q: How can I have an overview of all the Reviewer Comments for particular review cycle?

A: Filter the Review Cycle, then under the All Reviews Section, tick the Overall Reviewer Comment to display this section.

Q: Why arenโ€™t analytics or averages showing?

A: Averages only calculate when the underlying questions/criteria are rating-based (e.g., Rating / Likert / multiple choice with scoring). If your selected template/cycle/question filters only include free-text comment or multiple choice questions, youโ€™ll see no averages.
