The Intranet—or "My Organization"—page in Teamflect serves as a dynamic hub for internal communication and navigation. Administrators can control visibility, customize the tab name, and enable rich features like organization search (for people, roles, competencies, learning materials, or job listings), a news feed, an internal job board, Voice of Employee submissions, and widgets for birthdays, anniversaries, and new hires.
These tools help reinforce culture, encourage engagement, and streamline access to organizational resources.
What Employees See When Each Setting Is Enabled or Disabled
The settings in the Admin Center control the availability and appearance of features on the My Organization page. Use the table below to understand how each setting affects the employee experience.

Important: The features available to employees depend on the settings configured by your administrator. For features with additional options, such as organization search, the information employees can access also depends on the selected configuration.
