End-User Guide: Maximizing and Using the 'Voice of Employee' Feature

The "Voice of Employee" feature is a valuable tool within the 'My Organization' tab of the platform. It allows you to share your feedback, ideas, and concerns, making sure your voice is heard within the company. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you make the most of this feature.

Navigating to the 'Voice of Employee' Section

  • First, go to the Homepage and click on the My Organization tab.

  • Scroll down the page to locate the Voice of Employee section.

Viewing Existing Conversations

  • In the Voice of Employee section, you'll find an option to view previous conversations.

  • Click on Open Conversations to see any past messages and responses you've sent. This will give you insight into your previous feedback and the company's responses.

Starting a New Message

If you'd like to share your thoughts or ideas, you can start a new conversation.

  • Click on the Start New button to open a new message window.

  • You will have two options for submitting your message:

    • Anonymous: Choose this option if you'd prefer your identity to remain hidden.

    • Your Name: Select this if you'd like your name to be visible alongside your message.

Selecting a Category

  • After choosing your anonymity preference, you'll need to select a 'Category' from the predefined list. This helps ensure your message is properly categorized for the appropriate response.

Writing Your Message

  • Next, enter the Subject of your message in the designated field.

  • Write the content of your message in the provided text box. Be sure to clearly explain your feedback, suggestions, or questions.

Attaching Files (Optional)

  • If necessary, you can also attach files to your message. Simply click on the Attachment option and upload any relevant documents or images that might support your message.


Sending Your Message

  • Once you've written your message, click the Send Message button to submit your feedback.

  • Your message will be sent directly to the appropriate recipients, ensuring your voice is heard.


By following these steps, you can easily and efficiently communicate with your organization, ensuring that your feedback is captured and considered. Whether you choose to remain anonymous or share your name, the "Voice of Employee" feature is a powerful tool to express your thoughts.
