In Teamflect, accessing the performance reviews of your indirect reports can be essential for a comprehensive understanding of your team's dynamics and progress. There are two primary methods to view the reviews of your indirect reports:
Method 1: Using the User Search
To view the performance reviews of your indirect reports through the 'User Search', follow these steps:
Navigate to the Search Bar: On your Teamflect dashboard, locate the 'User Search' function found on the left.
Enter the Employee’s Name: Type the name of the indirect report whose review you wish to view.
Access the Profile: Once the search results appear, click on the profile of the relevant employee.
Review the Performance Data: Within the employee's profile, navigate to the 'Reviews' section to see all past and current performance reviews.
Method 2: Through the Review Cycle
If your indirect reports are part of the same review cycle as their direct report, you can view their reviews by following these steps:
Open the Review Cycle: Navigate to the 'Reviews' section on your dashboard and open the ''Reviews about my team'' tab to see current or past review cycles where both your direct and indirect reports are included.
Locate the Direct Report: Find your direct report's name in the list of participants within the review cycle.
Use the Arrow to Expand: Next to your direct report's name, click on the arrow to expand their profile. This will reveal the names of any indirect reports linked under them.
Select the Indirect Report: Click on ''See reviews'' next to the name of the indirect report to view their specific review details within the same review cycle.
Note: In the "Reviews About My Team" tab, you can view reviews for your indirect reports up to three levels. This allows you to see not only your direct reports' reviews but also the reviews of their direct reports and the reviews of those direct reports' direct reports.
You can also view the 'Team Insights' for the team members of your direct reports, just as you do for your own team.
