Teamflect’s AI features are fully adjustable to fit your organizational structure and preferences. AI‑generated goal descriptions can be toggled on or off, giving you the flexibility to decide whether you’d like AI assistance or prefer to keep goal descriptions strictly organic.
How to Toggle AI-Generated Goal Descriptions: A Simple Guide
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Center
You can access Teamflect's Admin Center by using the "Admin center" button available in the top right corner in the Teamflect App, or by visiting the web address directly.
Step 2: Access the Goals Module
After accessing the Admin Center, you can use the left-hand menu to navigate to the Goals section under Modules.
Step 3: Enable or Disable the Setting
Inside the module settings, scroll down to find the "Enable goal description generation with AI" option. You can toggle this setting on or off. After the setting is toggled on, you will be able to begin using the feature.
Step 4: Check a Goal
After the setting has been enabled, you should be able to find the "Generate description with AI" button inside the Goal creation screen.
When Is AI-Generated Goal Description Available?
The goal description generation with AI setting is managed in Admin Center → Modules → Goals. It controls the availability of AI-generated goal descriptions across goal creation surfaces in Teamflect.
When the setting is Enabled:
Who can use it: All users who can create goals can access the feature.
Generate a description: The Generate description with AI button appears on goal creation screen across all supported goal creation surfaces.
Edit the result: Users can adjust the generated description to fit their objectives before creating the goal.
When the setting is Disabled:
The Generate description with AI button is hidden across goal creation surfaces.
Users must write their goal descriptions manually.
Users can still create goals and enter their own descriptions.
Existing goals and their descriptions are not affected by disabling the setting.
Note: Disabling this setting only removes AI-assisted description generation. It does not prevent users from creating goals or editing descriptions manually.
