Teamflect's AI implementations are designed to be fully adjustable depending on your decisions and organisational structure. AI-generated Goal descriptions can also be toggled on or off, depending on if you would like help with the Goal descriptions or if they should remain strictly organic.
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Center
You can access Teamflect's Admin Center by using the "Admin center" button available in the bottom left menu inside the Teamflect App, or by visiting the web address directly.
Step 2: Access the Goals Module
After accessing the Admin Center, you can use the left-hand menu to navigate to the Goals section under Modules.
Step 3: Enable or Disable the Setting
Inside the module settings, scroll down to find the "Enable goal description generation with AI" option. You can toggle this setting on or off. After the setting is toggled on, you will be able to begin using the feature.
Step 4: Check a Goal
After the setting has been enabled, you should be able to find the "Generate description with AI" button inside the Goal creation screen.
