Teamflect's Admin Centre supports adjusting and centrally managing the reminder notifications sent to managers for their direct reports. Follow the steps below to see how you can manage these settings for your users on behalf of your organisation.

You can access Teamflect's Admin Center by using the "Admin center" button available in the bottom left menu inside the Teamflect App, or by visiting the web address directly.

After accessing the Admin Center, you can use the left-hand menu to navigate to the Notification Settings section.

Once inside the Notification Settings menu, you can switch to the Birthday Notifications tab:

The related setting can be configured using the Direct Report Birthday Reminders for Managers menu. To make it interactive, please make sure that the setting is toggled on, using the button that is on the right-hand side of the setting. You can set up the time of the notification deployment, as well as the time zone.
