Automated 1:1 meeting reminders in Teamflect are a convenient way to help participants prepare for their meetings by sending timely notifications. You can choose to enable reminders for all 1:1 meetings or only for meetings between direct reports and their managers. Here’s how you can set up and manage these reminders:
Step 1: Access the Admin Center
Log in to your Teamflect account.
Navigate to the Admin Center from your dashboard.
In the Admin Center, go to the Meetings module.
Step 3: Enable Automated 1-on-1 Meeting Reminders
In the Meetings module, locate the Automated 1-on-1 Meeting Reminders section.
To enable the feature, you have two options:
Send Reminders for All 1:1s: This setting will send reminders for every 1:1 meeting scheduled.
Send Reminders for Direct Reports and Managers Only: Choose this option if you want reminders to be sent only for meetings between direct reports and their managers.
If you prefer not to send reminders, select Don't Send Reminders.
Step 4: Set Notification Preferences
Decide how you want the reminders to be delivered:
Teams: Receive reminders through Teamflect's internal messaging system.
Email: Get reminders sent to your email.
Both Teams and Email: For thorough coverage, you can opt to receive notifications through both channels.
Step 5: Save Your Settings
After configuring your preferences, make sure to save your settings to activate the changes.
