Teamflect's Admin Centre supports adjusting and centrally managing the due date reminder notifications sent for Reviews, Feedbacks, Surveys and Tasks. Follow the steps below to see how you can manage these settings for your users on behalf of your organisation.
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Center
You can access Teamflect's Admin Center by using the "Admin center" button available in the bottom left menu inside the Teamflect App, or by visiting the web address directly.
Step 2: Access the Notification Settings
After accessing the Admin Center, you can use the left-hand menu to navigate to the Notification Settings section.
Once inside the Notification Settings menu, you can switch to the Due Date Reminder Notifications tab:
Step 3: Configuration
Settings for Reviews, Feedback, Surveys and Tasks can be adjusted through this menu. You can set up the reminder notifications to be deployed up to 31 days before or after the event. After adjusting your settings, you can use the Update Reminder button next to your adjusted module to ensure that your settings are saved and in effect.
