How to Customize Your Homepage Blocks in Teamflect

Teamflect allows you to customize your homepage to keep everyone in your company aligned and informed. You can display important company news, mission statements, vision, and more through customizable blocks on the homepage. Here's a step-by-step guide to setting it up.

Step 1: Access the Admin Center

  1. Log in to your Teamflect account as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to the Admin Center from your dashboard.

Step 2: Enable Customizable Homepage Blocks

  1. In the Admin Center, go to Settings.

  2. Under General Settings, scroll down until you find the option titled "Enable customizable blocks in Homepage".

  3. Toggle the button next to this option to enable customizable blocks.

Step 3: Customize Your Blocks

  1. Once enabled, you’ll see an "Edit Custom Blocks" button.

  2. Click on Edit Custom Blocks to start customizing your homepage.

Step 4: Add a Custom Block

  1. Press the "Add Custom Block" button.

  2. Choose the type of block you want to add:

    • Image: Upload an image that will be displayed in the block.

    • Rich Text: Add and format text, such as company news or mission statements.

  3. Give the block a title to help identify it.

  4. Upload the image or write the text depending on the type of block you selected.

Step 5: Set Block Visibility

  • Set for Everyone: If you want this block to appear on every user's homepage.

  • Set for Me: If you want the block to appear only on your homepage.

Step 6: Edit or Remove Blocks

  • To make changes, go back to Edit Custom Blocks.

  • You can edit the content or remove blocks as needed.

Customizing your homepage blocks ensures that everyone in your company stays informed and aligned with your company’s goals and news. Regularly update these blocks to reflect current information and keep your team engaged.
