Step-by-Step: Viewing Users by Role

Step 1: Access the Roles Menu

  • Log into the Teamflect Admin Panel

  • Click CareerRoles (Job titles)

Step 2: Locate the “Users in this role” Column

  • On the right-hand side of each job title, find the column labeled Users in this role

Step 3: Open the User List

  • Click the number in the column

  • A pop-up will appear showing a searchable list of all users assigned to that role

HR Use Cases

  1. Organizational Mapping
HR can quickly verify how many employees are in critical roles, such as “Project Manager” or “Sales Executive,” without manual reporting.

  2. Workforce Planning
During restructuring, admins can see the number of users impacted by role changes before updating responsibilities.

  3. Succession Planning
When preparing for promotions or career development, managers can review all employees within the same role to identify potential successors.
