This guide is aimed at helping Teamflect administrators configure 1-1 meeting Check-in templates.

Teamflect's Meetings module includes a powerful and flexible Check-in feature for your one-on-one meetings. The flexibility of the module stems from the extensive customisation options available while creating the Check-in templates, allowing you to tailor the template to your and your team's exact needs. Let's get started!

1. Access the Meetings Module

On the Teamflect Admin Center, please find the Meetings module on the left-hand menu:

2. Use the "Configure meeting check-in templates" button

3. Create a New Template or Edit Existing

To create a new template, use the "Add New Check-in Template" button. To edit an existing template, please use the "Edit" button on the right-hand side of the template:

4. Contents and Question Types

The highlighted sections show the fields and buttons which can be interacted with. You can name and describe your template, adding descriptions to each question and include multiple questions of varying types. Besides the freeform text-based questions; multiple choice, rating and ranking type of questions can also be included inside your check-in.

Multiple Choice:

Note that further options can be added, multiple answers may be accepted, and additional comments may be asked for depending on your decisions.

Rating:

Note that the type and scale of the ratings are adjustable and additional comments may be asked for.

Ranking:

You can implement as many options as necessary, as is the case with multiple choice questions.

5. Creation and Usage

After finalising your questions and hitting the Create button, your template will become available inside the app's Meetings module while adding check-ins:
