Teamflect admins can streamline the decision-making process for creating development goals by enabling a simple button in the development plan section of the review template configuration. This feature helps both the employee and reviewer by providing AI-generated development goal recommendations.

Steps to Enable AI-Generated Development Goals:

- Find the Reviews module in the admin center.

3. Create or Edit Review Templates:

- Click on "Create review templates" or select the template you want to edit.

4. Go to the Development Plan Section:

- Locate and click on the "Development Plan" section within the template.
