Teamflect’s meetings experience lets you see and interact with your scheduled meetings and summaries in ways that fit your workflow. Different views help you focus on upcoming events, past discussions, or meeting details more efficiently.

This guide explains how to switch between views in the Meetings module so you can tailor what you see, whether you’re preparing for what’s next or reviewing key takeaways from past conversations.

Why Switch Views?

Teamflect offers two distinct viewing modes for meetings:

  • Agenda View: A linear list of past and upcoming meetings

  • Calendar View (Week/Work Week): A visual layout showing your meetings by date and time

Switching views gives you more flexibility to match your preferred way of working.

How to Switch to Calendar View

Step 1: Log in and Navigate to the Meetings Module

Open up Teamflect and sign in to your account.

From the left-hand navigation menu, click “Meetings.”

Step 2: Switch views using the different icons

In the top-right of the Meetings module, locate the three icons pertaining to the three different views.

  • Select "Week View" to see all meetings across the full week

  • Or select "Work Week View" to display only your business days

  • Or select the Agenda View to the Calendar-based layout.

Exploring Calendar View

🔹 Visual Scheduling

See your meetings laid out across days and hours — helpful for spotting gaps and avoiding overlaps.

🔹 Custom Display

Choose between Week View (7 days) or Work Week View (typically 5 days, Mon–Fri).

🔹 Action-Ready

You can still click on any meeting to manage talking points, add tasks, or send summaries.

HR-Focused Use Cases

1. Improve Manager Visibility

HR can train managers to use Calendar View to identify which direct reports haven’t had recent 1-on-1s — helping enforce regular coaching.

2. Onboarding Coordination

New hires or mentors can use Calendar View to coordinate back-to-back onboarding sessions across their first few weeks.

3. Capacity Planning

Team leads can use the week view to visually assess how many check-ins or reviews they’ve scheduled per cycle.

Final Thoughts

With the new Calendar View, Teamflect users gain a more visual and intuitive way to plan, review, and manage meetings. Whether you prefer structured timelines or a list format, the flexibility to switch between views ensures your meeting setup fits your workflow.

Encourage your team to explore both views and use the one that helps them stay most organized and effective.
