Teamflect now goes beyond 1-on-1s. With the new Group Meetings feature, you can easily view and manage meetings that include multiple participants. This enhancement brings the same structure, preparation, and clarity you rely on for 1-on-1s to broader team and project discussions.

Where to Find Your Group Meetings

Option 1: Home Page

  • Navigate to the Upcoming Meetings section on your Teamflect Home Page

  • Group Meetings will appear alongside your 1-on-1s

Option 2: Meetings Module

  • Go to the Meetings tab

  • Scroll through or search for your Group Meeting

πŸ‘€ You can identify all participants by viewing the profile photos displayed next to the meeting entry.

What’s Included in Group Meetings

You can:

  • View and manage upcoming Group Meetings

  • Add shared talking points

  • Record meeting notes and assign action items

Note: Group Meetings do not include the Feedback, Check-in, or Engagement sections. These are intentionally limited to 1-on-1 interactions to protect confidentiality and context.

HR-Focused Use Cases

1. Team Syncs & Project Meetings

Managers can structure recurring team meetings using shared talking points and action plans in Teamflect.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Bring structure to meetings involving multiple departments or roles β€” without needing to rely on external agendas.

3. Peer Learning or Mentorship Groups

Use Group Meetings to manage recurring sessions with small groups (e.g., mentorship circles or learning pods).

Final Thoughts

Group Meetings in Teamflect allow users to extend structured, productive meeting practices to broader team settings. While deep feedback tools remain exclusive to 1-on-1s, you can still apply talking points and action tracking to every meeting β€” no matter the size.

Encourage your managers and team leads to start using Group Meetings for better alignment, preparation, and follow-through.
