How can I view the user profile?

For the ease of use to your user experience: the My Profile and My Settings tabs can be used in the user profiles. With these tabs, managing your profile information and adjusting your settings has never been simpler.

How to Access User Profile and My Settings Tabs:

To access, please click on your profile page on the Home page of your Teamflect App:


you can click on your name and profile picture at the right bottom of your Teamflect App and further, select the Settings&Profile section:

My Profile Tab:

My Profile tab provides users with a dedicated space to view and update their profile information. Here's what you can expect from this tab:

  1. Profile Information: Users can easily access and see their personal information such as name, contact details, job title, email, etc. Keeping your profile up-to-date ensures accurate communication and collaboration within your team.

  2. Role Information: If applicable, users can view their role information, including any assigned roles or permissions within Teamflect. This clarity helps users understand their responsibilities and privileges within the platform.

  3. File attachments in my profile: You can include attachments such as images or reports or any other kind of attachment to your profile that you think would be necessary.

My Settings Tab:

The My Settings tab is designed for managing general settings tailored to your preferences and needs. Here's what you can do within this tab:

  1. General Settings: Customize your language preferences to ensure that Teamflect is displayed in your preferred language, select desired frequency for your 1:1s with direct reports and enhance date and time format

  2. Notification Settings: Control how you receive notifications from Teamflect. Whether you prefer notifications for each module or only specific notifications of a module or not at all to suit your workflow and preferences.

  3. Teamflect Administrators: Easily identify and access the Teamflect administrators responsible for managing your company's account. This transparency fosters clear communication and support channels between users and administrators.
