This feature allows you to capture important information and collaborate with your team seamlessly. In this help article, we'll walk you through the steps to take shared notes in Teamflect before, during, or after a meeting for the talking points.

Step 1: Accessing the Shared Note Section

During your meeting, navigate to the Teamflect app. You will find the list of talking points or agenda items for the meeting. Below each talking point, you will see an "Add a Shared Note" statement. Click on this statement to open the note-taking interface.

Prior to or after your meeting, access the Meetings section and locate the relevant meeting. Within the meeting details, you will discover a collection of discussion topics or agenda items. Beneath each topic, there will be an option labeled "Add a Shared Note." Simply click on this option to open the interface for taking notes.

Step 2: Taking and Formatting Notes

Once the shared note-taking interface is open, start taking your notes related to the specific talking point. You can type in the relevant information, key takeaways, action items, or any other important details.

To enhance the readability and organization of your notes, you can use basic formatting options such as making text bold, italicizing important points, or creating hyperlinks to external resources. This way, you can create more informative and engaging notes for all participants.

Step 3: Auto-Saving Notes

The shared notes you enter are automatically saved in real time. You do not need to worry about manually saving your work; Teamflect handles this for you. This ensures that all participants have access to the most up-to-date information during and after the meeting.

Step 4: Accessing Notes in the Notes Module

Once the meeting has concluded, you can find all the shared notes related to that particular meeting in the Notes module. Teamflect organizes the notes based on the individuals offering you the meeting details, and relevant talking points for easy reference.

Taking shared notes for meeting talking points in Teamflect is a powerful way to promote collaboration, ensure everyone is on the same page, and maintain a detailed record of discussions and outcomes.
