  • We want to make online meetings more effective and productive as we are huge supporters of online meetings. Having an agenda is one of the most critical factors that determine the quality and effectiveness of the meetings.

  • For this reason, we allow both parties to add their talking points before or during the meetings. You can simply think of talking points as the agenda items of the online meetings.

  • Talking points added will be visible by both parties (creators and attendees) and will be synced in real time so that both parties can see the talking points added during the meeting.

You can add your talking points to your meeting in 3 ways.

Option 1

You can add your talking points while you are creating the meeting:

Option 2

After you create the meeting.

Option 3

Before the meeting - using the Teamflect bot which is located under the "Activity" tab.
