In the Career module of the Teamflect Admin Center, administrators can define job titles (roles) and build a competency library. You can import roles from Microsoft 365 or add them manually—detailing role name, responsibilities, levels, and more. Competencies can be created (even enhanced via AI), assigned to roles, and bulk-uploaded. This setup supports clarity, performance, development, and succession planning.
