When evaluating successors in your Succession Plan, you can easily fine-tune your comments using built-in AI assistance. This feature helps you articulate your thoughts more clearly and professionally.
Step 1: Go to the Succession Plan
Navigate to the “Evaluate Successor” section for the individual you are assessing.
Step 2: Start Typing Your Comment
Begin entering your evaluation in the comment box.
Step 3: Trigger the AI Enhancement Option
Once you’ve typed at least 30 characters, the “Enhance with AI” option will automatically appear in the top right corner of your text.
Step 4: Click “Enhance with AI.”
Select this option to instantly improve the tone, structure, and clarity of your comment. The AI will preserve the original meaning while making the text more polished.
