To support balanced performance assessment and ensure consistency and comparability, Teamflect displays the average scores of a reviewee from different feedback groups (such as peers, managers, and other stakeholders) based on submitted 360-feedback within reviews.

Feedback Results:

The Rating Questions Summary aggregates responses from each feedback group (e.g., peers, managers, direct reports, and other stakeholders) and displays the overall score and the average score for each rating question, along with a breakdown by feedback groups, providing a clear view of trends, consistency, and differences across groups.

Average scores are displayed once feedback has been submitted by the requested groups. Visibility depends on feedback settings, meaning users can only see results they have permission to access.

The Rating Questions Summary enhances the clarity and usability of feedback data, making it easier to interpret overall scores and question-level results.

Beneficial Use Cases:

1. Identify perception gaps across feedback groups

Average scores make it easier to compare how different feedback groups (such as managers, peers, and direct reports) evaluate the same individual. This helps highlight alignment or discrepancies in performance perception across roles.

2. Detect consistent strengths and development areas

By aggregating feedback into average scores, recurring strengths and areas for improvement become more visible at the question level. This supports more focused development planning and clearer performance discussions.

3. Track overall feedback trends more efficiently

Average scores provide a quick overview of feedback results at the question and overall level, making it easier to interpret large volumes of feedback without reviewing each response individually.
