In Teamflect, the data access for a regular end-user (non-manager, non-admin) is purposefully limited to ensure privacy and security. This guide provides a detailed breakdown of what information a regular user can view on another user's profile.
What Data Can a Regular End-User See?
Regular end-users can only see specific data types, which are generally public or related to their direct interactions with the other user.
Summary of Access Rights:
Public Information: Basic user details like Job Title, Email, and Public Goals are visible to all users.
Private Data: Private Goals, Recognitions, Feedback, and Notes taken by others are not accessible.
Interaction-Specific Data: Users can view 1-on-1 Meetings, shared tasks, and feedback they've given to others.
Here's a breakdown of each module or functionality and the data visibility:

Here's some helpful information about the visibility options in the note-taking system in Teamflect, both within the Notes and Meetings modules.
Within the Notes Module: It's important to note that Teamflect allows User A and User B to view each other's notes taken about each other again. However, if User C is taking notes about User B, those notes will remain private to User C and will not be visible to User A.
Within the Meetings Module: If they are shared notes within a meeting, only meeting participants will have access to them. On the other hand, if they are taken in private within a meeting, they will only be visible to the note-taker.
