With the addition of AI generation, job competencies are now easier than ever to add to your Career module. Follow these simple steps to see how you can make use of this strong addition:
Step 1: Navigate to your Competency Library
Log into your Teamflect Admin Panel.
Click on the "Career" menu and select Competency Library from the drop-down options.
Step 2: Create a New Competency or Edit Existing
Once inside the Competency Library, click on the "Add new competency" button to create a new competency.
Or use the "See/Edit details" button on the right-hand side of an existing competency.
Step 3: Use the "Generate with AI" button
As soon as you enter a competency name, the Generate with AI buttons will become active.
Click on the buttons next to their respective fields to generate a competency description or expectations from the competency.
Step 4: Regenerate or Use Your Results
If you would like to make changes, you can use the Regenerate button to generate new results.
If you are happy with your text, you can use the Use button to keep your changes.
Step 5: Finalise and Save
Once you have all the necessary information attached to your competency, you can use the Save button to save your competency. Congratulations! You can now add it to a job title and start making use of it.
