Beneficial Use Cases

  1. Organizing Tasks by Department or Team
Create labels such as “Marketing,” “Sales,” or “HR” to categorize tasks based on departments or teams. This makes it easier to filter, track, and manage responsibilities across different groups within the organization.

  2. Highlighting Task Priorities & Urgency
Use custom labels like “High Priority,” “Needs Review,” or “Blocked” so employees and managers can quickly identify urgent or critical tasks. Color-coded labels also improve visibility when managing large task lists.

  3. Tracking Projects, Campaigns, or Workflows
Assign labels such as “Q2 Planning,” “Client Onboarding,” or “Product Launch” to group related tasks under the same initiative. This helps teams monitor progress and keep project-related work organized in one place.
