We're excited to introduce a powerful new feature that puts even more control in your hands โ€“ the ability for admins to manage review statuses within cycles! With this latest update, you can now easily track and update the status of reviews, streamlining your workflow and saving valuable time.

Accessing Review Status Management:

  1. Navigate to the Reviews Module: Log in to your Teamflect account and head over to the Admin Center. From there, click on the Reviews module.

  2. Click on See Existing Cycles:

  3. Select the Desired Cycle: Within the Reviews module, locate the existing cycles and select the one you want to manage. Click on the cycle to enter its details. Once you're inside the selected cycle, navigate to the "See/Update Reviews" section. Here, you'll find a list of all the reviews within the cycle, along with their current statuses.

Changing Review Statuses:

Once you choose the desired cycle, click on the pen icon next to the status of the review:

  1. Choose the Desired Status: For each review listed, you'll see a status option. Click on the dropdown menu next to the review you wish to update.

  2. Select the New Status: From the dropdown menu, choose the appropriate status for the review. You can select from the following options:

    • Waiting for self-reviewee

    • Waiting for reviewer

    • Waiting for calibration

    • Waiting for finalization

    • Finalized

  3. Save Changes: Once you've selected the new status for the review, make sure to save your changes by clicking on "Confirm". The review status will be updated accordingly.

Benefits of Review Status Management

  • Increased Autonomy: Admins now have the power to manage review statuses independently, without needing to rely on support from the Teamflect team.

  • Streamlined Workflow: Save time and effort by updating review statuses directly within the platform, eliminating the need for manual requests or external assistance.

  • Enhanced Control: With the ability to set statuses such as sending for resubmission, finalizing, or initiating calibration processes, admins have greater control over the review process.
