It's important to make sure that reviews are accurate and fair before they are finalized. However, there may be times when a review needs to be unfinalized, or edited, after it has been completed.
In such cases, you can log in to the Teamflect Admin center and unfinalize the review you have selected. For this first please go to Teamflect Admin Center https://admin.teamflect.com.
Step 1
Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Reviews" tab.
Step 2
Click "Review Cycles" at the top of the page.
Step 3
Find the relevant review cycle and click ''See/Update reviews.''
Step 4
Find the review whose status you'd like to edit and click the ''pen'' icon next to its status.
Step 5
Change its status from ''finalized'' to whatever status needed. Then click ''Confirm.''
After clicking "Confirm", the review will be unfinalized and will be moved back to the step you've chosen in the review flow.
