Pinning Teamflect to the left rail of Microsoft Teams for all your users will increase Teamflect adoption in your company as it will be visible to everyone.
To pin Teamflect to the left rail of Microsoft Teams, go to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com
Note: You need to have Microsoft 365 administrative permissions to perform this.
Step 1
Click "Teams apps" on the left menu, and then click "Setup policies." If you want to pin Teamflect for everyone, you can click the "Global" policy; otherwise, create a separate setup policy and assign it to your users individually.
Step 2
Click "Add apps" in the "Pinned apps" section.
Step 3
Search for Teamflect and click "Add."
Step 4
Then click "Add" at the bottom.
If you want to change the order of the app, you can click the "Move up" and "Move down" buttons.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours to reflect your end-user Microsoft Teams clients. If you encounter any issues, you can create a ticket with Microsoft for help.
