Overview

Installing Teamflect organization-wide ensures seamless adoption and visibility across your company. When deployed centrally by an admin, users won’t need to install Teamflect manually — it automatically appears in their Microsoft Teams client.

This process is completed through the Microsoft 365 Teams Admin Center and requires Microsoft administrative permissions.

To install Teamflect for your users, go to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com

Note: You need to have administrative permissions in Microsoft to perform this action.

Step-by-Step: Deploy Teamflect Organization-Wide

Click "Teams app" on the left menu, and then click "Setup policies.". If you want to pin Teamflect for everyone, you can click the "Global" policy; otherwise, create a separate setup policy and assign it to your users individually.

Click "Add apps" in the "Installed apps" section.

Search for Teamflect and click "Add."

Then click "Add" at the bottom.

Troubleshooting & Resources

  • If Teamflect doesn’t appear after 24 hours, verify the policy assignment under Setup policies or open a ticket with Microsoft Support.

  • You can also review Microsoft’s official documentation for app deployment and pinning policies here.

HR Use Cases

👥 1. Company-Wide Rollouts

Ensure 100% Teamflect adoption across all departments by deploying it automatically to every employee’s Teams environment.

🧭 2. Department-Specific Policies

For phased rollouts, assign Teamflect only to pilot teams, HR, or leadership groups before organization-wide deployment.

🪙 3. New Hire Enablement

Include Teamflect in your standard Microsoft 365 onboarding policy, so every new hire automatically receives the app on day one.

Final Thoughts

Deploying Teamflect organization-wide through Microsoft Teams Admin Center is the most efficient way to drive adoption, eliminate manual installation steps, and maintain a consistent employee experience.

With centralized management and automatic updates, your HR and IT teams can focus on what matters most — helping your employees engage, develop, and perform through Teamflect.
