In some modules (goals, reviews, etc.) we let users create quarterly goals, review cycles etc. If your company's fiscal year starts in July instead of January, choosing quarter names may confuse your end-users.
To solve this problem, we recommend you to set your company's fiscal year starting month in Teamflect Admin Center.
Simply go to https://admin.teamflect.com
Step 1
Find "General settings" on the left navigation bar and click it.
Step 2
Under the "General settings" section, find "Fiscal year starting month" and choose your desired month.
Note: The month you choose as the starting month of your fiscal year will not affect previously created items.
