While some companies prefer to allow their managers to initiate new reviews, some companies prefer to manage and deploy reviews centrally. If you want to manage the review process centrally, you can easily disable the new review creation functionality for people other than the Teamflect administrators.
To disable this functionality, go to https://admin.teamflect.com
Step 1
Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Reviews" tab.
Step 2
You will see the "Prevent managers from initiating reviews themselves" option.
Step 3
When you turn this setting off, your users will no longer see the "New review" button that is normally located at the top right of the "Reviews" module.
