While some companies prefer to allow their managers to initiate new surveys, some companies prefer to manage and deploy surveys centrally. If you want to manage the survey process centrally, you can easily disable the creation of new surveys for people other than the Teamflect administrators.

To disable this functionality, go to https://admin.teamflect.com.

Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Surveys" tab.

You will see the "Prevent managers from initiating surveys" option.

When you turn this setting off, your managers will no longer be able to click on the ''Start a new survey'' option when the "New survey" button is clicked; it'll be greyed out.
