How can I create a ticket?

Learn how to create a support ticket in Teamflect to report issues or request help. This article guides you through accessing the form, entering details, and submitting your request.

If you encounter an issue or need assistance while using Teamflect, you can create a support ticket to reach our support team. This allows your request to be properly tracked, prioritized, and assigned to the right team for investigation.

Once submitted, your ticket will be reviewed and you’ll receive updates as it progresses toward resolution.

There are several ways within the Admin Center that you can submit a ticket:

Option 1: Through the Support Tab in the Admin Center

Go to the Admin Center > click on the Support Tab. Then click on the "Create a ticket" button.

Then select one of the options to proceed, send us a message with all the relevant details.

Option 2: Create a ticket in the Home Page of the Admin Center

Also from the Admin Center > head over to your Home page, scroll down and click on the "Create a Ticket" button.
