How can I create a ticket?

Although we try to do our bests to deliver a world-class experience to you, you may experience problems with the product from time to time. Sharing those issues as soon as possible with us is the only way we can solve them.

There are several ways within the Admin Center that you can submit a ticket:

Option 1:

Go to the Admin Center > click on the Support Tab. Then click on the "Create a ticket" button.

Then select one of the options to proceed, send us a message with all the relevant details.

Option 2:

Also from the Admin Center > head over to your Home page, scroll down and click on the "Create a Ticket" button.
