Inviting your colleagues to Teamflect is quick and flexible. Whether you're an administrator, people manager, or user, there’s a method that fits your role. Below are five different ways to get your team on board.
Invite People to Teamflect
📌 1. Pin Teamflect to the Left Rail in Microsoft Teams (Recommended)
If you're a Microsoft Teams Administrator, you can pin the Teamflect app to the left-hand menu for all—or a selected group—of users in your organization.
📖 For detailed instructions, check out this article.
🔗 2. Share a Direct Invitation Link
Send the following link to the users you want to invite:
Once they click the link, Teamflect will open, and they can sign in using their Microsoft credentials.
👥 3. Use the “Invite People” Button on the Home Page
Any user can invite others by:
Clicking “Invite People” at the bottom left of the Teamflect Home page
Searching for the user’s name
Optionally adding a personalized note
Sending the invite
💡 Admins can also invite users via bulk upload or by using a shareable link from the Admin Center at https://admin.teamflect.com/#/users/activeusers.
💼 4. Invite Your Team via the “My Team” Tab (For Managers)
If you're a People Manager, follow these steps:
Click on the “My Team” tab on the Home page
Select “Invite your team”
Choose the users you want to invite
Click “Invite”
🧭 5. Ask Users to Download Teamflect from Microsoft AppSource (Least Recommended)
You can also ask users to manually search for and install Teamflect via Microsoft Teams AppSource:
Open Microsoft Teams
Click “Apps”
Search for “Teamflect”
Click “Add”
⚠️ This method is the least recommended as it requires extra steps and may lead to lower adoption rates.
