When you request feedback for yourself or someone on your team, the feedback provider receives two notifications:

  1. Email

  2. Teamflect bot for Microsoft Teams

When the feedback is submitted, you will receive two more notifications via email and Microsoft Teams. You, your manager, your skip-level manager, and Teamflect administrators will have access to all the feedback you have received.

If you request feedback on your direct report's behalf, he or she will not be notified and will not have access to the feedback submitted.
