When you send a Teamflect recognition, the receiver and the manager of the receiver will be notified in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

If your recognition is not set to private, it will appear under the "Company" tab in Teamflect's recognition module along with recognitions created by the other Teamflect users.

If configured by the Teamflect administrator of your company, all the non-private recognitions can be sent automatically to a Microsoft Teams channel too.

You can check the box to see the birthday and anniversary recognitions in your company feed as well:

If you want your Teamflect administrator to connect Teamflect recognitions to a Microsoft Teams channel of your choice, please share this with them.

Teamflect’s recognition system is designed to boost morale and foster a positive work environment through Recognition Points. When employees recognize each other, they award badges that come with specific point values, which accumulate to form an overall recognition score. This score is visible in the Leaderboard View, promoting healthy competition and encouraging more peer recognition.

These points aren't just for show—they can be redeemed for rewards on the My Rewards page. Employees can exchange their points for various rewards, making recognition both meaningful and motivating.

By making recognition a visible and rewarding process, Teamflect strengthens team bonds and promotes a culture of appreciation, driving engagement and motivation across the organization.

You can find more information on Rewards in this article.
