Use Cases
Use Case 1: Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
HR teams often need to track and coordinate on employee performance issues across departments. By using Admin Notes, HR can document details of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and ensure visibility for all relevant admins. This centralized note-taking helps avoid miscommunication and keeps all stakeholders aligned on progress. It also ensures continuity even if an HR team member is unavailable or transitions out of the role.
Use Case 2: Succession Planning and Talent Review
Admin Notes can support HR during talent reviews by capturing observations about leadership potential or readiness for promotion. These notes become a shared reference among HR professionals and senior admins when discussing succession planning. It ensures that valuable insights are not lost between review cycles. This fosters a more strategic and data-informed approach to talent development.
