Method 1 – Within the Application

  1. Open the Reviews module in Teamflect.

  3. You can now view all reviews and access detailed information.

  4. You can also apply some filters to narrow down your view.

Method 2 – From Admin Center “Reports”

  1. Go to the Admin Center (via the upper-right menu or admin.teamflect.com).

  2. Navigate to Reports > Reviews.

  3. Scroll down to All Reviews.

Best Practices for Viewing All Reviews

To get the most value out of the different review views in Teamflect, consider the following:

  • Use the Reports view (Method 2) (Admin Center → Reports → Reviews) when you need detailed data for auditing, compliance, or exporting purposes. This view gives you access to comprehensive tabs and export-ready information such as review IDs, dates, statuses, comments, score breakdowns, and more—making it ideal for reporting and analysis.

  • Use the Application View (Method 1) (Reviews module → All Reviews) for quick, day-to-day access to reviews directly inside Teamflect. This view is best when you just want to browse or filter reviews without going into the Admin Center, such as when monitoring progress or reviewing specific feedback during regular management tasks.

  • Use the Review Cycles view (Method 3) (Admin Center → Modules → Reviews → Review Cycles) to track the progress of review cycles over time and ensure alignment across periods. This perspective helps you see which cycles are active or completed and understand the broader review scheduling and status for your organization.
