When working with notes in Teamflect, they are often linked to 1-on-1 meetings or other structured conversations. In some cases, you may need to quickly identify which meeting a specific note belongs to for better context or follow-up.
This article explains how you can view the meeting associated with a note and navigate between them efficiently.
Step 1
To access the meeting, click on the "Notes" section on the left-side menu.
Step 2
Then select the person whose note you want to view and click on it.
You can see the notes you have taken about the meeting on the page that opens.
Alternative Way
You can also reach the meeting page of the 1-on-1 meeting by clicking the "Go to meeting" button.
If you want to create a new note, you can do so by clicking the "New note" button.
Use Cases:
Use Case 1: Recall meeting context for follow-ups
When you write a note during a meeting and later want to revisit the discussion, you can go to the Notes section, select the person, and click the specific note. From there, you can click “Go to meeting” to open the meeting’s page. This helps you reconnect your note with the original meeting content without needing to search manually.
Use Case 2: Efficient navigation between notes and meetings
If you’re reviewing past notes and realize you need more meeting details (attendees, agenda, decisions), you can jump from the note directly into the meeting page via the “Go to meeting” button. This saves time instead of having to search for the meeting separately.
Use Case 3: Creating linked notes for future meetings
While reading or editing a note linked to a meeting, you can easily add more notes using the “New note” button on the same page. Because you're already in the context of that meeting, the new notes automatically connect to it, keeping your records organized and coherent.
