When you make all goals and OKRs created in Teamflect private by default, your end-users will see the "Private" option selected when they are trying to create a goal or OKR using Teamflect.
If your users want to create public goals or OKRs that will be visible to everyone, they can override this setting by simply selecting another option.
To configure this setting, you need to go to https://admin.teamflect.com. Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Goals" tab.
You will now be able to select out of the options whether if you would like to allow your users to decide, make goals private by default or force all goals to be private:

When using this option, your users will be able to set their own privacy settings when creating their goals.

When using this option, Goals will have the Private visibility setting by default. However, users will still be able to make their Goals public:
