Teamflect brings goal visibility and progress tracking directly into Microsoft Teams so you can stay focused on what matters without switching between tools. From the Goals tab in Teams, you can see your personal goals, team goals, and company objectives — and take action like updating progress, commenting, or adjusting details.
This guide walks you through how to access the Goals experience in Teams via the Teamflect plugin, navigate key sections, and manage goals efficiently within your existing workflow.
Step 1: Open the Goals Module in Teamflect
Launch the Teamflect app and navigate to the Goals module from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Access MS Teams Groups Tab
At the top of the Goals page, click the MS Teams Groups tab. This displays all groups you're affiliated with and their associated goals.
Note: If the Custom Goal Groups feature is enabled in Teamflect, the MS Teams Group tab will appear as “Groups,” where you can access both Goal Groups and MS Teams Groups.
To learn more about how to create and use Goal Groups, see the Custom Goal Groups article
Step 3: Add Teamflect to a Teams Channel
You can also view group goals directly within Microsoft Teams:
Go to the Teams section.
Select the relevant channel.
Click the "+" (Add a tab) icon at the top.
Search for Teamflect.
Select Teamflect and click Save.
This adds a tab that displays your group’s shared goals within the Teams channel.
This feature is controlled centrally by Teamflect Admins. To enable it, please visit this article.
