Department goals in Teamflect allow HR, managers, and leaders to track shared objectives at the department level and understand how teams are progressing toward common outcomes. Reviewing department goals helps ensure alignment with company priorities, identify blockers early, and support consistent performance across teams.
Accessing Your Department’s Goals in Teamflect
Step 1 - Open the Goals Module
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Goals.
Step 2 - Switch to Department View
Then select "Department" from the buttons above.
At the top of the Goals page, select the Department button.
Your own department will appear as “My department (….)”.
Department information is pulled directly from Microsoft Teams.
ℹ️ Note: If your department is incorrect, please contact your Microsoft Teams administrator (IT Team) to update the information.
The “My department” tab also shows other departments in the company, if applicable.
If no one in a department has an active goal, that department will not appear in the list. Once a goal is assigned to someone, the department name will automatically show up.
Step 3
Choose the department you want to view. You’ll see the goals owned by individuals working in that department.
