  • At Teamflect, we understand the criticality of maintaining an accurate and up-to-date organizational structure within our system.

  • With the recent enhancement, we are excited to announce that our integration with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) has been optimized to prioritize Teamflect's relationship structures over those set in Azure AD.

  • Before this update, users might have experienced discrepancies in the organizational structure displayed within Teamflect when compared to the data stored in Azure AD.

  • In cases where Azure AD had a different manager-direct report relationship than the one configured in Teamflect, the Azure AD settings would take precedence, leading to inconsistencies in the organizational structure reflected in Teamflect's Admin Center as well as within the app itself.

  • However, with our latest update, the relationship structures configured within Teamflect will now seamlessly override those set in Azure AD.

  • This means that your specified reporting lines within Teamflect will accurately represent your organizational setup, ensuring a consistent and reliable user experience.

  • To benefit from this update, ensure that your relationship structures are configured accurately within Teamflect. Our system will automatically prioritize these settings over those stored in Azure AD, providing you with a streamlined and cohesive organizational view.

  • For further assistance or inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team, available to help you make the most of Teamflect's features.
