With Teamflect, you can manage and track the status and progress of a review cycle from one place. The review table makes it easy for admins to monitor reviews, identify those that need attention, and take action by searching, filtering, sorting, sending reminders, downloading reviews, or managing individual reviews.
This gives admins a clear overview of where each review stands throughout the cycle. It also makes it easier to follow up on pending reviews and keep the review process moving on schedule.
How to Access the Review Cycle Detail Page:
1. In the Teamflect App, click on Reviews and the All Reviews tab:
2. Select the Review Cycle you wish to check and click on See Reviews to expand the full Review Cycle detail page:
Review Cycle Overview
When you open a review cycle, you can see the key information for that cycle at a glance:
Cycle name – See the name of the review cycle.
Review period – See the period covered by the cycle.
Total reviews – See the total number of reviews.
Current status – See the cycle’s current status.
Review progress – Track the completion rate and number of reviews at each stage.
Reviews needing action – Quickly identify reviews that are still waiting to move to the next stage.
Distribution Preview
This section displays data from the Review Results section of the template. It includes all review criteria and multiple-choice question results. The graph shows the scores and multiple-choice responses from reviews based on the reviewer status.
Show pre-calibrated scores: If the review template includes pre-calibrated scores, these scores can be shown in all review statuses and in the Distribution Preview after Waiting for Reviewer.
Users can select a review criterion from the dropdown.
Once a criterion is selected, its average score will be displayed here.
Multiple-choice questions do not include a normal distribution line.
The graph always shows the number of reviewees on one side, and the label along the bottom changes based on the selected review criterion.
You can click any bar in the graph to filter the table and view the results for that specific value. Click the same bar again to clear the selection and return to the full list of results.
9-Box Grid
The 9-Box Grid displays the same grid used in the selected review template. The colors, number of boxes, and axis labels will match the settings of that template.
When you hover over a box in the 9-Box Grid, a tooltip will show the box name and the number of reviewees in that box.
When you click a box in the 9-Box Grid, the table will automatically filter to show only the reviewees included in that box.
Review Table
The review table gives you a detailed view of the reviews included in the cycle.
Search – Find specific reviewees or reviewers.
Sort – Organize the review data.
Filter – Narrow the list to the reviews you want to see by clicking on the funnel symbol.
Yellow Row - Rows highlighted in yellow indicate reviews that are waiting for the reviewer’s action, including any reviews that require your action.
Keep columns visible – Keep key columns visible while scrolling through the table.
If you are a calibrator and the review is in the Waiting for Calibration step, you can edit these fields.
Check Review status and Due Dates
The table shows the current status and due date for each review. Overdue reviews are identified in the table, making it easier to prioritize follow-up.
Bulk Review Actions
You can select multiple reviews in the table and perform actions in bulk. Admins can use bulk actions to:
Delete selected reviews.
Complete calibration for selected reviews.
Download reviews
📌 Use these actions carefully, particularly when deleting reviews or completing calibration, as they can affect the selected reviews.
Send reminders
Select the relevant reviews and send reminders to the selected reviewers or reviewees. This is useful when several participants still need to complete their part of the review.
Individual Review Actions
You can manage reviews individually from the review table:
Open a review – Click Open or select a review to view its details.
More actions – Click the three dots next to Open to Open, Download, or Delete the review.
When you return to the cycle page after opening a review, Teamflect returns you to your previous scroll position. This makes it easier to continue where you left off when working through a long review list.
HR Use Cases
Monitor a company-wide review cycle
HR teams can use the cycle overview and progress information to monitor completion across a company-wide performance review. Filters and search make it easier to focus on specific employees, reviewers, or groups that need attention.
Follow up on overdue reviews
HR can use the review table to identify overdue reviews and send reminders to the relevant reviewers or reviewees without manually opening each review.
Support calibration
During calibration, admins can identify the reviews that require calibration and complete calibration for selected reviews in bulk. This is particularly useful when managing a large review cycle.
Best Practice
Review the cycle progress regularly rather than waiting until the due date. Use filters and the review status to prioritize overdue or pending reviews, and use bulk reminders when several participants require the same follow-up.
