Managers can quickly find and review goals awaiting their approval from several areas in Teamflect. Whether you're working from your homepage, an employee profile, or the Goals module, all pending goal approvals can be accessed and managed in one place.
Where can managers find goals awaiting approval?
Managers can access goals awaiting approval from three different locations in Teamflect.
1. Pending Actions on the Homepage
Open the Teamflect homepage and locate the Pending Actions section.
If there are goals waiting for your approval, you'll see a Goals awaiting my approval button displaying the number of pending approvals. Select this card to view all goals awaiting your approval.
2. Employee Profile
Open the left-hand menu and select User Search and search for the employee whose goals you would like to review.
Once you open the employee’s profile, navigate to the User's Goals section. If the employee has goals awaiting your approval, they will appear at top of their goals list. Select Goals awaiting my approval to view them
Note: The Employee Profile only shows goals for the selected employee. The Goals awaiting my approval button displays how many approvals are pending. Clicking the button will show only that employee’s pending goals.
3. Goals Module
When you open the Goals module, you will also see a Pending Actions section at the top. In this section, the Goals awaiting your approval button displays the number of pending goals. Clicking this button will open a list of all goals awaiting your approval.
View goals awaiting approval
Regardless of where you access them from, selecting Goals awaiting your approval will open the list of pending goals within your approval scope.
From this page, you can manage all goals awaiting your approval using filters such as goal period, goal name, goal owner, goal type, and labels. You can also:
